Move the wet fingers and palms (touching gently) over your head from the top of forehead all the way to the back of the head, and back (back of the head to the forehead). Only one time and not three. 7. Pass the wet tips of your index fingers into the grooves and holes of both ears and also pass the wet thumbs behind the ears (three times). 8. The prayer (salat) of Mohammad ( pbuh)
Mohammad (pbuh) said: "pray as you have seen me pray"
There is no separate laws governing prayer between a man and a woman, both have to pray as the prophet ( pbuh) has shown us. The only difference is a woman cannot lead men in prayer, and the last rows of the prayer congregation are the best for women,as the first row is for the best of men, and women should not pray infront of men,and similarly men should not pray behind women.
1- When the prophet(pbuh) stood in prayer he recited Allahu Akbar and raised his hands up to his ears
Book-Muslim : transmitted by malik ibn huvarirish (r.a)
2- The prophet ( pbuh) placed his right hand over his left and placed it on his chest
Book-nisayee, tansmitted by vayil bin hujr (r.a)
after reciting sura fatiha ( opening ) ,make your ruku ( bowing posture)
3-Before going to Ruku, The prophet ( pbuh) recited Allahu Akbar and raised his hands up to his ears or upto his shoulders and then went to Ruku

5- The prophet ( pbuh) used to recite Allahu Akbar and make his sajdha
book- Bukhari : transmitted by Abu Hurairah
In sajdha he used to recite tasbeeh, and then would get up and sit for sometime, most important factor to note here is, the prophet (pbuh) when he stood up from Ruku, he used to stand for the same amount of time as he spent in Ruku, befoer going to sajdha, and similarly when he got up from sajdha, he would sit for the same amount of time he spent in sajdha before he made the next sajdha, the prophet ( pbuh) Also said that " The worst of thieves is one who robs in prayer" the sahabas/companions asked Oh messenger of allah how can one rob in prayer? He replied : they are those who do not perform their Ruku and sajdha properly, they are the worst of thieves
when the prophet ( pbuh) got up and sat down from the first sajdha, he would recite : Allahum Agfirli Warhamni ,wahdini, waafinee, warzuknee, wajburnee meaning Allah forigive me, and have mercy on me, and guide me, and heal me and bless me and put your will in me.
